  SolarWinds is a leader in managing networks, systems and information technology infrastructure. The main focus while developing these systems is not only to make them powerful, but also simple and easy to use. This vision gives the UX organization a strong voice and also responsibility to fulfill high usability expectations.

  As a part of the UX team I’m working on integrating and consolidating all on-premise products in our portfolio into one coherent platform. This interconnection of already complex and powerful tools brings a completely new level of visibility into all IT infrastructure and makes troubleshooting and monitoring easy even without detailed knowledge of networking.

  N-able, formerly SolarWinds MSP, provides a full portfolio of integrated solutions for Managed Services Providers. That covers tools for network monitoring, security, backup, knowledge management, remote support and internal task automation and management.

  I was responsible for the overall design of two applications, MSP Manager and Take Control, which cover a significant part of that portfolio. I also contributed to the core Remote Management & Monitoring application, integrations among these products, and Nova design system, which is used across the company. I worked in tandem with a researcher covering the whole range of the design process, from research, problem definition, and solution discovery, to interaction and visual design.

• 2016-2018

  Honeywell is a global company with four business units and over 100 000 employees. The Aerospace business unit focuses on integrated avionics, engines, systems and service solutions for aircrafts.

  As a part of Flight Support Services team I was responsible for the usability of iPad applications helping pilots with important decisions during the flight. I also helped other teams with design of different other aerospace-related products, such as autopilot, data analysis dashboard for connective black boxes, installation tools and several internal tools.

  Ki-Wi server is digital content solution and remote control for publicly visible displays in advertising agencies, shopping malls and hospitals.

  I helped to research and segment the target audiences, redesigned the whole system specifically for each of them and prepared the product for growing to new markets.

• 2013-2014

  Kentico is a complex platform for creating websites integrated with e-commerce and online marketing. It's currently used by more than 1000 digital agencies and empowering more than 25.000 websites.

  I was participating in complex redesign of information architecture, navigation and visual style of 8ᵗʰ Kentico version. I contributed in initial evaluation of main issues of previous version and brainstorming new modular concept of the CMS.

• 2012-2013

  Celebrio was system for desktops and tablets for elderly users who were not comfortable with current operating systems. The main aim was to provide them suitable content and platform for communication with their families and acquaintances.

  I created most of the secondary and tertiary user interface with emphasis on giving clear message to the user and providing natural interaction according to their needs.
